You can connect a maximum of 3 x Precision 60 cameras with SX80 codec. It's up to you if you want to order 2 or more cameras you can order and connect accordingly.
There is also an option of connecting SpeakerTrack 60 with SX80 codec. The SpeakerTrack 60 comes with Dual-camera system and it quickly tracks and displays active speakers, switching between them instantly.
SpeakerTrack 60 doesn't have any option of connecting more than 2 cameras.

Yes, you can hook up to four Precision 60 Cameras to the SX80 (three via HDMI, and the 4th via DVI-I) if you need to. There is also a 5th S-Video input which you could use to hook up an additional source if required.
Cisco do not make the motorised housings for the cameras. You will need to source these from a third party. A quick Google turns up a range of options such as this one.

if we connect 4th camera to the DVI input after converting from HDMI in codec will it work with same functions as other 3 cameras.

Yes, as the camera control of the Precision 60 cameras are done over Ethernet, these functions will still work correctly, you're just feeding the video feed in to a different type of connector. Just make sure you assign the correct camera IDs to the right input ports.
