Cisco Touch 10

I scheduled a test call using 'One Button to Push' on the touch 10.  After 20 minutes I wanted to cancel the test and reschedule, but the call never cancelled from the schedule on the touch screen.  Is this because I was cancelling after the start of the meeting?  If the meeting still shows scheduled on the touch 10 screen, would I be able to cancel it (in Outlook) and schedule another, or will this show as the time already reserved?  Thanks!

Hello,

 

Ideally it should be removed in few mins once you cancelled the meeting.

But if it is not please try t check event logs for TMSXE and TMS to know what exactly happened when you cancelled the meeting.
