Cisco Touch 10

All,

I have heard that the Cisco Touch 10 available on the MX series products will work on an SX20 running TC7 firmware.

Can anyone verify this for me, as the data sheet says only MX series

  The Touch 10 is only supported on the MX series codecs that is correct.

I think there are two different issues

#1 - What systems are officially supported (That seems pretty clear now)

#2 - What system will it work on...  (regardless of official suuport status)

I know what the official Cisco position will be and completely understand it

and my question is...   Where is the wireless option...

I have several folks that continue to use the TRC5 handheld remote because they cannot use a wired remote

as per data sheet of Touch 10, Touch 10-inch devices support the second-generation MX300 and future generations of SX and MX Series.
