Cisco TPS and Conductor

Hello Community,

I am new at video solutions and need to figure out some basic points. What I wonder that what is the role/goals having TelePresence Server and Conductor? Where these products needs to be placed in my topolgy? Of course I got several documentations but need more and exact information you experts with some sentences.

In short, TelePresence Server provides voice and video conferencing, while Conductor allocates conferences and manages resources on the TelePresence Server.
