Hi Gurus,
I have a few video conferencing system that is working internally (i.e. able to communicate to each other) and to some extent, externally too (towards Zoom and Bluejeans).
Somehow or rather, I am unable to connect to Amazon Chime as it always coming up with the unsupported media type error on my Expressway-E call logs (will attached this).
Was wondering if anyone has the same issue and if yes, what was done on your end to solve it.
I tried contacting the guys in Amazon for assistance but they are not much help.
Thanks,

Hello,
As per the below link cisco Vc endpoints are supported-
https://answers.chime.aws/articles/107/in-room-video-conference-room-compatibility-h323-1.html
But if you are getting unsupported media type try to collect diagnostics logs from both exp-C and E and try to check the SDP portion to see what is it negotiating with amazon chime.
If you are not able to figure out better to open a TAC for deeper analysis.
Thanks
