I had done configuration come up with ISDN ( show ISDN status is Active with PRIMARY-NET5) for the first CMM but it was not stable when I used show voice port, so I thought that IOS had problem, besides, one of related document tell that need to be upgraded IOS 12.3.8. But it booted fail after uploading new IOS, and then I raised RMA to change another CMM running ios release 12.3(8)XY2. However, I saw that CMM Status Led not green after booting up, it also is RED, and I thought that the boot code fails but I didn't how to do,

I suggest you find out the correct switch type from the ISDN service provider and configure accordingly.
