Hi there,
Apologies if this is a bit of a numpty questions but I am finding the CMS documentation a little vague and I'm new to CMS!
Just a quick question really that if anyone has some steps for adding a license to an up-and-running CMS server?
I believe I need to get the mac address from interface a; do the activation on Cisco.com using the MAC, and then import the license using SFTP and restart the callbridge. Obviously I need to make my customer aware that restarting the callbridge will affect calls.
What is the restart command for the callbridge?
Is there anything else I've missed?
Thanks!
Michael.

Just as an update, I realised that I need to add the license file onto any server that is running the callbridge or xmpp services, and restart both of the services.

You only need to restart the Call Bridge, whenever you activate or enable any of the other services, it checked to see if the Call Bridge has been activated (as that is a prerequisite).
callbridge restart
The CMS MMP Reference Guide has a list of all the MMP commands to configure the CMS components.
