CMS and S4B DualHome issue

Hi there!

I deployed CMS 3.4 and S4B 2019  with DualHome Conference integration.

P2P calls from TE to S4B clients and vice versa going good.

But when calling to S4B conferece via ConferenceID got issue:

lync mras conference resolution failed -- no info returned

Any suggestions ?

You should make such call and check Expressway logs .

issue was is in missing service users on s4b side for conference lookup/turn services.

Log:

lync mras conference resolution failed -- no info returned

Solution:

Add service accounts on s4b side.
