Hi all,
I ma using cisco meeting server 2.0.5 and cucm 11 and everything is fine but when we have a conference schedule with an external end point out side the corporate network with webRtc app the call is dropping after a specified period of time and this happen every time we make the call
can some comment and suggest for any solution to that ....... i was wondering is it to do any thing with the sip session timer.

Is the WebRTC call is coming through the VCS ?

sorry for the delay ,
it is coming through expressway e with redundant servers.
did you why the call (conference ) is dropping after that particular period.

check your firewall settings. Are you running any ALG ? ALG can cause session timeout.
Because the initial signaling connection would be on 443 but later on all the traffic would be on TURN port.
If you are running any inspection for inbound HTTPS connection, please disable that.
