CMS content resolution 4:3(1024x768)

I have issue of content resolution with cms server

The sx80 transmit content is 1024x768 but the sx20 receive content is 1920x1080

Does cms server not support sending 4:3 content (1024x768) to endpoint ?

cms server  (version 2.1.5, version 2.2.2)

SX80 input source resolution : 1024x768

SX80 transmit presentation resolution : 1024 x768

SX20 receive presentation resolution : 1920 x1080

Take a look at the CMS resolutions sent to SIP endpoints.

Does the presentation from the SX80 appear stretched or distorted when viewing on the SX20?

If the presentation from the SX80 doesn't appear stretched or distorted, it could be that the SX20 is capable of send/receiving 1080p video, so CMS will send that resolution to it, and the lower resolution presentation from the SX80 will appear in a letterbox format with black bars on either side.

SX20 uses a 4:3 projector screen.

So transmitting and receiving resolutions must be the same. (1024X768)

This is a problem when using CMS server

There is no problem with 1: 1 connecting.
