CMS integrate with Polycom RMX 2000

Hello,

I have 1 question about CMS intergrate with RMX 2000. From RMX 2000, i dial out to CMS and can connect CMS to room test on RMX. Can i call out from CMS to connect room test on RMX 2000 to a space on CMS? If can, how to do it?

Yes, but you need to use the API to place calls from CMS.

EDIT: If the call is ongoing, you can also use CMM for this, I tested it the other day.
