CMS IVR timeout customizable?

I've acivated IVR on CMS v2.2.5 via the admin webpage.

The IVR is working fine but you must be fast (+/-5 sec) to enter the wanted conference number and you get only 1 attempt.

Is this behaviour customizable, ie adjust timeout time or increase attempts?

Not sure what is going on, but I just called into our IVR and without entering anything I stayed connected for more than a minute. I was also able to enter a random invalid call ID and when hitting the # key, it gave me another try to enter a valid call ID, however if I didn't enter anything on the second attempt then it did disconnect me after a short amount of time. Unfortunately the behavior of the IVR can't be changed, if this is something you really want, you should contact your Account Manager so they can submit a feature request on your behalf.

I'm using v2.2.5
