CMS License for Service Activation

Hi,

We have CMS and received a license PAK:

Options Included                Quantity
A-FLEX-CMS-REC              1
A-FLEX-PMP                      10
A-FLEX-CMS-MBRD           1

I upload the license cms.lic on the CMS and rebooted it. Then I checked the license installed:

My question is, does this licenses we all need to activate the CMS services - webadmin, callbridge, webridge, xmpp?

And can you tell me what we feature or what we can achieve with the current license we have on CMS?

The  Licenses mentioned  are enough for  the services which u mentioned. 

For meetings CMS has two licenses,  PMP and SMP for meetings. PMP is named host  and SMP is shared host.

A-FLEX-CMS-REC               recording or streaming

A-FLEX-PMP                        Personal Multiparty Meetings This will entitle 10 names users  meeting on CMS.
A-FLEX-CMS-MBRD            U can brand your meeting

Hi Nithin,

I successfully activated the services but when i logged in on CMS web I'm still getting the message that CMS is in evaluation mode.

What license is missing here. Do i need LIC-CMS-K9?

LIC-CMS-K9, I was not able to find this part number in CCW. what's the top level for SKU for this ?

CMS,  its a virtual or appliance ?

Hi Nithin,

It's a virtual CMS and I believe the license is LIC-CMS-K9 under R-CMS-K9.

Virtual CMS need  R-CMS-K9. This  will  be a different PAK.

 Check if its ordered or not.
