DX80 Version 9.7
Cisco Teams client
Jabber for Windows client 12
So the problem is I created a space on CMS like the one below:

Now you will notice there is a passcode for "1234". Now when i connect through webrtc i am able to enter passcode and join the space. But if i dial from cisco teams or dx80 on the network or jabber 12 into this space is just get a black screen. Eventually it times out after a minute. but i noticed that if i open the keypad when i see the black screen and type in the passcode then i am able to join. I tried that from all the clients same behaviour
isnt the space suppose to ask for the passcode and maybe show me some sort of a IVR asking for the passcode?
