Conferencering issue

We are unable to take mobile on conference when we add mobile number and press conference button call disconnected. After removing MRGL from phone it's start working but branch to branch conference impacted.please note we are running CUCM version 8 . Can any one help?

Software conference bridge..previously it was working

Are you aware of the codecs that these parties being added use ? For CUCM SW CFB, g711ulaw is the default.
