Hi,
We have recently migrated to new CallManager servers. Our Tanberg video conferencing units which previously were set up as H.323 devices now will not display on the new CCM's. On the old, the IP address showed up to show everything was working, but on the new the IP address does not register. I have pointed the Tandbergs to the new CCM's, but no luck. Has anyone else been in this situation? I'm not sure why they will not re-register with the new CCM's.

I think there is a configuration problem in h.323 settings.

Do you have the "device name" in CCM set to the IP address of the Tandberg units?
