Hello!,
I recently installed TMS, TS and Conductor. I think something is missing
After I finish the hole configuration I try to get in to the http://172.18.174.25/tmsagent/tmsportal/ ; where 172.18.174.25 its the IP of my TMS.
Only appear the scheduling box, the find me box and CMR box are gone.
Also I try with http://172.18.174.25/tmsagent/tmsportal/#CMR but the web page stuck.
If someone can help me !!!!!

Hi Nathaly,
Let me move this post to Telepresence community. This community is for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace products and is not observed by TP experts.
I hope this will get you the answers you need faster.
Kind regards,

What software version is everything running: TMS, TMSPE, Conductor, and TPS?
I see you're attempting to use the TMS portal with what looks like the default administrator account, does this user have a TMSPE account? What happens if you try to access the portal with your own account?
Does the TMSPE user have CMR and FindMe provisioned to their account, and is the user's email the same as the one that is in their TMS account?

Hello Patrick!
TS versio 4.2 , TMS version 15.1 , TMSPE 1.6 , Conductor 4.2
I see you're attempting to use the TMS portal with what looks like the default administrator account, does this user have a TMSPE account?
A: I create an account in Conductor , I don't know if we are talking about the same account. If not, let me now eich accoun are we talking
What happens if you try to access the portal with your own account?
A: I did an integration with AD (Active Directory) but I can not login the portal with different account other than the administrator
Does the TMSPE user have CMR and FindMe provisioned to their account, and is the user's email the same as the one that is in their TMS account?
A: I do not have any configuration for findMe, what does the email have to do with the CMR box disappearing ?
By the way, if I make a click on a specific user and them click in "Edit CMR in User Portal" I can create the Collaboration meeting room without a problem

Users must have an account in TMS under Systems> Provisioning > Users, that account must also be provisioned with a CMR template so they can see the CMR option and create their room. This is why you see the CMR option for the Pablo Wagner account. So the administrator account needs to have a TMSPE account as well and CMR provisioned to it just as Pablo does.
The comment about the email address was because we had a user not long ago that couldn't see the CMR option either, turned out that the account the used to log into the TMS Portal didn't match the one within TMSPE. Doing some testing right now, turns out that it was because his user name didn't match (first assumption was because of their email address), so be sure that any account you create or import within TMSPE has the same account information that is being used to log into the TMS Portal.

Hi Patrick.
You where right. I add the Administrator user in the SREVIDEO folder and it work, now if I log in with that user I can see de CMR box. On the other hand I create a new user (Manually) "Joel Contreras" in Systems> Provisioning > Users. I can not login with this user. Should I add this joelcontreras user somewhere else? you say something about "the account the used to log into the TMS Portal with didn't match the one within TMSPE". That mean that I have to create twice the account?
I was reading some documentation and I realized that we can not import users to the root folder. well I did the opposite and import all de user to de root folder. I am trying to import a user from root folder to the SREVIDEO folder, but it send me an error message "Import user cannot be moved". Do I have to delete the user one by one and make again the import from AD?

Hey, sorry it's taken so long to reply, the forums have been acting up lately and I couldn't even see your reply until just now.
Users also need to have access to log into TMS, they don't need any special permissions within TMS. If Joel is a domain user, be sure that TMS is also a part of the domain and vise versa.
If you want to import a user that has already been created manually, it must be first deleted prior to the import. If the user was imported into one folder and you want them to be imported into another, then you need to either adjust your import filters or move the user within AD. User import will not move an already created or imported user from another folder within TMSPE.
