I am experiencing the issue described in CSCwo61235 in the field, but my device is not registered to Webex Control Hub and is instead used as a standalone Microsoft Teams Room. Because of this, I am unable to access or pull down the necessary software revision (11.30.1-RoomOS_July_2025) that reportedly fixes this issue via the usual Cisco Control Hub or Webex software distribution channels.
My open question: When will a publicly available download for the fixed RoomOS version become accessible to the broader Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Systems Integration communities, particularly for those using affected Cisco devices in standalone Microsoft Teams Room deployments that are not dual-registered with Webex Control Hub?
Context: This request is critical for enterprise AV/UC integrators and large-scale support teams deploying Cisco Room Series and related endpoints as Microsoft Teams Rooms where access to Control Hub is unavailable. Timely access to this update is essential for meeting security, compliance, and client support requirements in the field.

You mentioned that your device wasn't mentioned to Webex Control Hub, but as @Jonathan Schulenberg pointed out, as it's MS Teams registered, you should be able to update your device through the Teams Admin Centre.
@Jonathan Schulenberg also suggested using the Cisco.com software download site - Version 11.32.2.1 is available for download on there for anyone with an active service contract on their device which is a more recent version than the 11.30 you were originally looking for.

Thanks for the update but, respectfully, I’m well aware the bug has a known fixed release. My original post detailed that access to the fixed software is not possible in my scenario, precisely because the device is not registered to Webex Control Hub. That’s exactly why I asked when a publicly available download (not gated behind Control Hub) will be offered to enterprise integrators and Teams Rooms deployments.
It might help to reread the initial post: the core issue here isn’t whether the bug is fixed, but how field engineers like myself can actually obtain the required RoomOS build for standalone environments as outlined. If there’s updated guidance on public distribution or alternate access methods, myself and others would welcome that detail.
Appreciate your attention to the request but the answer “it’s fixed" is an inadequate response to my inquiry.

RoomOS will also receive updates via Teams Admin Center, albeit slower than Control Hub. You shouldn't need to manually download a PKG file from Cisco.com but a SMARTnet contract with at least one S/N of that type of device would allow your CCO login to do so, if you're curious.
Microsoft documentation includes a firmware versions released to public cloud table and it appears that every supported model has an available version that is newer than the stated fixed-in release of that defect. You may want to review the update your devices remotely article for guidance on nudging it to pull the update.
