Customer is facing CTI tool Kit issue. the CTI Tool kit field Talking in State is not getting update . when we have gone through Cisco Site , we came to know that it is Cisco Bug and its Bug ID is CSCti65048
If Any one of you aware of this please reply on this post along with the solution .
