Cts 500 problem

Hi all

Telepresece cts 500 working fine Pblm call initiated in ip phone only voice is going no video,

But call initiated in Telpresence via command line( call start dest number) for using this command

successfully video and audio is going this is the pblm ,Ip phone 7975/Phone directly connected

to the Tp

Hi,

Giving for granted that you are not lifting up the handset of the phone when launching the call (that would create the same sympthom) I believe you have probably MIDlets services not running properly on the phone.

Make sure you have created the MIDlets service in CUCM and you have subscribed the phone to the service as described on the link below. Otherwise you will be making the call from the phone and not from the TelePresence endpoint.

If it is very urgent, as you state, I would recommend you to open a Service Request to TAC and they will be pleased to help you immediately.
