CTS1300 Hardware Setup

Hi,

Is it possible to complete the hardware setup (cameras, microphones etc.) of a CTS1300 system without having it registered to a CUCM cluster?

I am scheduled to install one for a customer but their network provisioning date has slipped.

Would it still be possible for me to complete the setup or should I delay the work until the network is available?

That's no problem. You can even do the camera setup.

What I've done earlier is install a CUCM on a small server or vmware with the correct ip address AND firmware., take a switch an you can register the cts, you can upgrade to the correct firmware and have it all done.

After that, you just wait untill the network is ready and et the customer turn the system on.
