CTS1300 Midlets / Services take a long time to load

Hi,

I have a problem with my CTS1300.

After a reboot, it can take up to 30 minutes to load the phone services / Midlets.

Sometimes it won’t load the services / midlets until I press the services button which seems to kick it into action, but even then it can take up to 30 mins.

The phone screen sits at initialising for ages, then eventually changes to loading recourses, and then the normal idle screen.

If I look at CUCM, the codec registers quickly, but the phone won’t fully register until the midlets have loaded.

The CUCM is running 8.6.2, the CTS is 1.9.5 and the midlets subscribed to the phone is TSPM-1.9.1-P1-1S

Hi Rob,

Have you tried a different phone load ?

Was it the same  since intallation ? Will you be able to downgrade the CTS load ,the Midlet  and let us know the feedback.

Thanks for your reply.

This has alwas happened since install. Its been on various loads of software.

I haven't downgraded, but I have upgraded the phone load and midlets and the problem still persists.
