Hi,
We are trying to configure interoperability with TelePresence Server (8710) to our TP installation. TP Server is located in our 'public' network as external callers are connected to Codian MCU via VCS ExpressWay and VCS Control.
Internal TP network is connected via Cisco CUBE to TP server ie.
TPNetwork -----CUBE----VCS Control----TP Server(8710)
CUBE is configured as recommended for TP Intercompany calls, but result is:
CTS500->TP Server: No Video, audio only call
TPServer-> CTS500: Starts with video & audio, but video dropped after 1 sec. Audio is more or less hissing and whistling sounds (codec incompatibility perhaps?).
So my question is, what is recommended config for CUBE to get this work?
IOS version is latest 12.4T maintenance release.
CTS500 is running 1.6.7(4212), CUCM 7.0.2 and TP server 2.1(1.33) (Build 9.4(1.33))

Can you post your configs?
I think theres a thread here from Nick which he posted a sample config for TP calls that may help.
Once you post your config please do a:
debug voice ccapi inout
debug ccsip messages

Hi,
Attached file contains CUBE config and debugs as you advised. Problem appears only with calls to dial-peer 4. Calls between two TP CUCMs (other two dial-peers) are not affected.

Hi again,
While looking running configuration more closely and comparing it to another running CUBE, that 12.4(22)T does not support "pass-thru content sdp" configuration in sip voice service. 12.4(22)YB does and that is version which I use in another one. Could this be a reason to non working call to TelePresence Server???
Don't ask why I decided to use 12.4(22)T instead of YB - answer is too obvious, I was too lazy to change IOS

Hi,
More investigation... This might be related to CSCth61759??? If yes, is this bug integrated in 15.1(3)T. Bugtoolkit says that it is fixed in 15.1(2.13)T, but no mention about normal CCO releases.
