Hi all, does anyone have a document (or pratical experience) on how to make a efective backup of the CUCM ?

Hi.

Under the Navigation chose Disaster Recovery System. This is where you perform all your backups and restores from.

Press Help, and you will have a admin guide that will guide you on how to perform a CUCM backup.
