I have kept always kept a listing of my CTS endpoints in the End User Directory of CUCM so that it would be accessible via the Directory softkey on the CTS phone. Up until moving to CUCM 8.5, it always appeared alphabetically. Since moving to 8.5, they just appear in a random order.
Does anyone know a setting or alternative method to deploy a basic phonebook on the CTS that can be customized?
