Hello,
The following error message is appearing randomly on the screens of a customer's telepresence codecs:
"HTTP Proxy
The system is unable to connect through the configured HTTP Proxies"
The customer is asking if a custom alert dashboard can be created on the Control Hub so that when this alert is prompted on a codec, the error message does not appear on the codecs but rather, appears on this custom dashboard.
Kindly advise.
