Device authentication - Jabber, EX90, etc

I have a customer that insists on requiring "two factor" authentication to allow devices to register to their VCS Expressway.

The devices do register now using the credentials (manual accounts, not AD) created in TMS. They want to be able to add a second item such as MAC or Serial Number to this process. I'll looked through the available documents, but do not see any way to make this possible.

Hi do you mean making the vcs verify the serial number or MAC for the unit to be allowed to register?

Correct, they would like to be able to have two pieces of information they authenticate off of. So the first would be the Username and Password in TMS, and they would like a second piece of information such as a MAC or serial number to allow authentication. Can I do anything with CPL to allow this? Or is there anything in provisoning either TMS Agent or PE that can do this?
