Hi, im currently struggling to figure out the issue a customer is having.
When dialing into a CMS hosted space, in the bottom left corner, the small box that shows the other persons name (or in this case, the space name) is not there. To clarify, i am talking about this label in the corner that you also get e.g. when doing a 1:1 call.

The customer has access to two different CMS clusters - on one of them, the tag is there, on the other it isnt. I know about the participantLabel setting under Call Settings, as well as under the callLegProfiles. they are all on enabled. what could possibly cause this behaviour? i can imagine there could be some quirks in the signaling hiding there (they are all sip calls), but it doesnt show up on web joining either. sadly im not entirely sure where the name tag even comes from - from the client, or as part of the video stream? does it come from the CUCM, or the CMS?
