Disable top banner on C20

Hey folks, how do I disable the annoying top banner that covers the top edge of all my conferences? I am currently running version 4.2 of the software but have the upgrade keys for 5 and 6

I only have banners when the systems are idle, once the call connects the banner disappears.

This in both TC5 and TC6 - did not have to change any settings for this to happen.

Doesn't disappear on mine and I have 9 of them

this is a known issue in TC4.x release.   Upgrae your codec and should be resolve.

Yes,

I think this is CSCtw51205 - Clock widget/banner appears on display during call and cannot be removed. This ddts is duplicated to CSCtx34829 - OBTP: Todays bookings in the middle of the screen if spider restart with.

Is fixed in TC5.0.0 release.
