Dismantling Cisco ISDN gateway 3241

We are planning to decom our legacy hardware but the device NIC is down and not communicating with switch so not remotely accessible. Configurations should be wiped prior to decom given this is inaccessible we'd like to remove the drive and securely dispose the hardware. Is there a documentation that's available with detailed steps to dismantle drive from Cisco ISDN GW 3241?

Greetings.

You might want to move you post over to the https://community.cisco.com/t5/telepresence-and-video-infrastructure/bd-p/discussions-telepresence-video-infra area for faster response.

Looking at the documentation for the gateway it looks like all you need to do is have a local person pull the compact flash card from the front left hand side of the device.

Thank you! Is there a documentation that we can refer to? Team in the datacenter wouldn't complete the step without a documentation.

Here is the product page:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/telepresence-isdn-gw-3241/data_sheet_c78-626475.html

And a getting started guide:

https://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/isdn_gw/install_guide/isdn_gw_3241_getting_started_mar2011.pdf

I can't find a teardown guide. But if you google the device you can find a picture and make your own guide I suppose.

Thank you!

I created one and shared with the folks. Didn't find anything to teardown the hardware.
