DMP-4400 Factory Reset Issue

So after a factory reset of the DMP, I can no longer log into the web interface. The splash screen shows its IP when rebooting the DMP. Before a factory reset, I was able to log into the web interface just fine. Now, it's asking me for the password. I tried the password I've been using but that doesn't work. Is there a factory default password for this device? Thank you!

The default credentials for the DMP are:

For DMS-DMP software versions 5.0/5.1:
USER = admin PASSWORD = default

For DMS-DMP software versions 5.2.x:
USER = admin PASSWORD = Cisco123
