Hello,
we received a new SX20 with TC6.0.0 installed.
Is it possible to downgrade to TC5.1.7 without having a Releasekey for TC5?
The reason is, that we're still running TMS 13.2.1 (with a planned Upgrade to 14 in the near future) on a Windows Server 2003.
Currently we don't want to install the Patch on our server as described in this thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2219410?tstart=90
only for this single system, because of the planned Upgrade to TMS 14 on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Thanks
Regards
Ingo

hi Ingo,
If the keys for TC 5.X never entered on the device then yes you need to enter it in order to downgrade.
go to the licensing page on cisco.com
https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/Quickstart
and generate the keys
device should be under an active contract
Thanks
