Downgrade SX 20 from CE8.1.1 to TC.7.3.9

hey guys

trying to downgrade from CE8.1.1 to TC.7.9.

when I download the TC file and upload it, it finishes uploading and then I get a error saying :

I need to downgrade from CE8.1.1 to TC software. what am I doing wrong?

What model codec is it and what is the filename of the package you are uploading to it?

It's a SX 20.

File name I tried:     non crypto:    s52011tcnc7_3_9.pkg 

File name I also tried:                       s52010tc7_3_9.pkg

Hi,

I was just reading the release notes of CE 8.X which says

Downgrading from Collaboration Endpoint Software to TC software is supported.

When downgrading a system paired with a Touch 10 panel from TC to Collaboration Endpoint Software, the Touch 10 panel will be downgraded automatically. We recommend first downgrading from CE8.x to TC7.3.6 or later before downgrading further.

Can u try to TC 7.3.6 and check?
