DX70 Document Camera

Hi everyone, our company bought a DX70 for a Show room with telepresence devices, and while testing it, we find that when you're on a video call and you want yo use the document camera feature, the onty way that the image flip over is if you grab the DX and Tilt it a bit.

Anyone with the same problem?

You should be able to just tilt the camera itself down toward you without needing to move the endpoint, it should then rotate the image and go into document camera mode, refer to the DX70/80 User Guide on pg 36.

As the camera gets to a point, almost at full rotation downwards, it should switch.  If you're tilting it the whole way, then also having to tilt the DX as well, then it sounds like you have a faulty unit and should RMA it through the TAC.
