E20 Release Key

I have an E20 running 2.2.1 software.  I see I an upgrade to 4.0.  Other products like the C60's, EX60's, etc require a release key to upgrade.  I can't see where this one requires one and when I query the serial number via the online tool it says I have a valid contract, but there is no release key.

Does anyone know if I need one, or do I just upgrade it without one.

Hi

You can just upgrade without a new release key. The old key will work for E20.

I think in the near future the cisco boys  is  fix this mistake.

Agreed. You should be able to upgrade through TMS and click through the page where the release key field is and leave the field empty.
