Hi,
I´m trying to add a SX80 endpoint with version ce8.2.1 to a TMS with version 14.1.1.
So far the TMS can find the system, but most of the queries aren't filled.
The system doesn't have a name (referenced no name with IP), can't obtains SN nor sw version.
Is this version of the endpoint compatible with this TMS?
Thanks,
JCadete

As the others have said, to support an endpoint running CE software, you will need at least TMS version 15.x.
Alternately, you could downgrade your SX80 to TC software, but this will sill require an upgrade to TMS as the first version that supports the SX80 is TMS 14.4.

Hi Jaime,
TMS 14.1.1 is does not support endpoints running CE8.2.1 firmware. You will need to upgrade to TMS 15.3 to be able to support endpoints running CE8.2.1 firmware.
Refer to the TMS interoperability Database:

TMS 15.0 is the first release to support endpoints running CE software, you'll need to upgrade to it at minimum. TMS 15.3 is required for DX endpoints running CE8.2 software.
