Need your help for the below issue.
ZINFO admin CLI login from 10.35.139.72:1670

Call Statistics
Registered to Cisco Unified Communications Manager
device model: Cisco CTS 3010
software version: 1.10.3
registered to CUCM
CUCM version: 10.5.
Point to point call disconnected.
both CTS devices registered to CUCM.
Appreciate your help at the earliest.
note: Device contract expired and not able to get the support from Cisco TAC .

There is very little info on that error message, and yes you wouldnt get any support on it from TAC.
did something change, configuration wise that could explain this behavior?
