Hello colleagues,
We are having an issue with internal mic of EX90. When we establish a call with another person that it using any Cisco IP phone and we try to speaks with internal mic, the other person from the other side can't hear us but if we use the auricular of the touch panel, the other person can hear us perfectly. The EX90 has TC7.3.12 firmware version. We read some post from different persons about 'range' of serial numbers of EX90 that have this same problem and the recommendation was make a RMA of the equipment.

Yes, we have had a number of EX90s that have failed in this manner - the solution is to RMS the endpoint through the TAC as the microphone is dead.
