Hi Everyone
I wanted to know has anyone ever had an issue as to where the mwi light on the ex90 will not come on after a VM is left.
We just purchased 2 of them and when someone leaves the users a message the light doesn't come on to let them know
that they have VM. Any help in getting this issue fixed would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance for the help.

Hello,
is this EX90 connected to CUCM? I understood that MWI on EX-Series will be supported starting in TE6.0.0 release which is not available yet. See also link below.

Hi ,
i suppose there was a TAC case opened for teh same issue and it was answered the same that as of now MWI is not supported on Ex90 even if that is registered/provisioned to Cucm.
As Danny mentioned it is expected to be supporting this feature and many other Cucm features from software version TE6.0 onwards.
