After the EX90 has been on for a while, the screen will popup a message saying "System Message: IP Address" then it lists the ip address of the machine. On the handheld screen it will it will say "Connecting" with a spinning loading circle around it. At this point I am no longer able to use the web portal as it gives me a message saying "Unhandled Excepting: An unhandled exception has been thrown by the application." I can turn it off then back on and it works fine again, but then it will come up with the system message again after a bit. Are there any fixes for this?

Hi Bryce,
The first thing I would like to know is what is the software version on the device. We have only seen these sorts of issues with web browsers. So if you have already tried using a different browser and as I can see that you have also checked by rebooting and everything works. In that case, can you disconnect it from the network and see if you're still seeing the Connecting sign on the Touch Panel ?
Please also confirm the software version on the device.
Thanks

The software version is TC5.1.5.297625. I have tried connecting in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. When it is disconnected form the network the Touch Panel says it is connecting, but it will not display the system message on the other screen.

This might be a very obvious question but I want to make sure.
Are you connecting the Touch Panel directing or Pairing it via LAN? In cases where you connect them directly, it should be paired immediately without issues. Also have you checked your network in these scenarios?
When you're not able to web into it, have you tried to SSH into it? If not, please do and see if you're able to.

It is connected directly. I have not tried SSHing into it, but I will today. Thank you for the suggestion.

I am able to SSH into it when the message is up and I am not able to use the web portal.

Hello,
this looks like a system which has gone into maintenance mode. Is the message something like this ?
Can you login to the IP address using secure shell, e.g. via putty program or other terminal emultion which is ssh capable? If in maintenance mode, you should get a window telling you the system is in maintenance mode.
Use admin as username to login.

It looks similar to that, yes, but it doesn't say it is in maintenance mode, and it only lists the IP once.

HI Bryce. Did this occur on you when you were in a call? Was the system sitting idle when this issue popped up? If you leave the system alone, does it restart and come back online? If so, would you be able to pull the last tar.gz file from the system if it occurrs again? May help in seeing whats going on perhaps.

Most times that it happens it is sitting idle, but it has happened while I was looking through my contacts list. I haven't used it to make any calls yet, so I'm not sure if it would happen while on call or not.

Thanks Bryce. Curious if you leave it alone, if it will restart on you and come back online without you having to power it off or anything. If so, would you mind posting the last tar file in the log list page here for us to take a poke at it?
