after complete new cluster setup of 2 Expressway C+E pairs we are facing a strange issue with calls to MS teams or Zoom Meetings.
All our Roomkits are registered to on-prem CUCM, Expressway are SIP-trunk connected to CUCM to call Webex, Zoom. MS Teams Metings etc..
When calling to Webex Meetings we no issue. When calling to Zoom or MS Teams Meetings an error message pops up on Expressway-C , that not enough traversal licenses available. In Resource monitor i can see, that a RMS licence is being used
On Expressway-C`s we have only 1 RMS license per node which came with fresh installation, however on Expressway-E`s we have 19 RMS licenses on peer one.
On Expressway-E one Zoom call uses 1 RMS license, but on Expressway-C it consumes also a RMS license for the same call!
We are running firmware v14.0.6, but the issue was also seen with v14.0.4
