We are installing an Expressway-E with the capacity of B2B calls, but when it calls from internet to expressway public IP the call shows "unreacheable". the log, only shows:
I don't know what it means.
It does not matter if I change the search rules, the behavior is the same, then there is something additional to validate the fail. Please help me with the issue.

Hello,
Are you just dialling the IP of Expressway?
If yes, then it will be like that because you need to dial some end number.
I just tested it in my lab and get the same result.

So you need to dial number@IP and this pattern should be routable via search rules to some destination.
Thanks.

Configure Fallback alias. It's the default URI where route such calls. For example I wrote here CMS's IVR URI
