Hi,

I tried the MRA on CP-8865 & DX80.

The CP-8865 have QR code scan when startup the phone.
But the DX80 have not QR code scan when startup the desktop phone.
Without this feature on DX80?

Generate a QR Code for MRA Sign-In

Users who have a phone with a camera can scan a QR code to sign into MRA, instead of entering the service domain and their username manually.

Procedure
Step 1   Use a QR code generator to generate a QR code with either the service domain, or the service domain and username separated by a comma. For example: mra.example.com or mra.example.com,username.
Step 2   Print the QR code and provide it to the user.

What software version is the DX endpoint running?

I think I've seen the QR code option on the DX Series, however I don't recall exactly what software version that was, MRA is supported with 10.2.4 firmware and later, so I'd start there.

I used the firmware on DX80 is sipdx80.10-2-5-194

I discovered the MRA on phone, it need enter the login again, when the phone is power reset.

May I know how can make the auto login on it? Should I use the user cert. base to make the auto login? SSO?

There is an option in CUCM for supported phones called "User Credentials Persistent for Expressway Sign in".  By default this is disabled.  If you enable it you will only need to input credentials once and they phone will remember them.  You can configure this on the phone specifically.  It's almost the whole way to the bottom of the page...
