Fault indication on C40

I have a C40(TTC6-11) that is unable to go online.  There is a fault indicator on the front panel that is on.  How do I find what the fault is?  I am not authorized to do a trace on the unit due to the security classification.

Hi,

I am afriad there is no way to find out the cause of the fault just by the LED light.

It could be cause by a hardware or even software issue.

You can do a physical check of the equipment to see if the Fan is working or the LAN cable is connected properly.

Other then that, we probably need to see the logs to see if we can find anythin there.

I suggest you raised a TAC case.
