Is it possible to force Jabber video to make an audio only call when there is very low bandwidth availible, rather than trying to make a low bandwidth video call?
We are finding that once you get below a certain availible bandwidth, you are better off using audio-only than trying to make a video call over a very small link.

I believe there is no such configuration forcing audio call.
However if you configure bandwidth to 24kb/s on Jabber Video, Jabber Video only open audio channel with G.722.1 (unfortunately call will still negotiate as Video call so you will see black screen from Jabber Video client).
