google mail integrating a WebEx/TelePresence integration... Has anyone performed such a task yet?

We have a customer that is moving from Exchange to Google Mail. They also have a full WebEx/TelePresence integration with the current Exchange environment using TMSXE. We're concerned about resource scheduling functionality in the future and want to frankly review real-world experiences of this scenario. I'm assuming they will have questions as well as to how they can integrate Hangouts as well.. 

Has anyone performed such a task yet? If so, what are your experiences here?

There is a product that integrates well with Webex. http://www.esna.com/products/ilink/webex/index.htm

I have a customer that is doing Webex with Gmail and it seems to be working well. I dont have any experience with anyone doing WET with Gmail. yet.
