H.323 gateway URI (internet dialing)

I have devies registered to cisco CM and I want to be able to make Internet calls from those devices. Does anyone know of a step by step document ro do that with H.323 gateways or gatekeepers?

  I know this can be done with VCS-C/VCS-E but I dont have those. 

  I also know I can't do URI dialing untill CM 9.X however I can trasnlate digits to numbers and etc,,,,
