How do I disable bluetooth in an MX200?

The MX200 documentation says it is "bluetooth-ready" and supports "bluetooth for future applications."  My customer requirement is to disable bluetooth completely.  On laptops we physically remove the bluetooth radio.

How would I completely disable bluetooth in an MX200?

TAC says it is impossible to physically remove the bt radio since it is soldered on the main board. But, bt is not currently even in the code for use.
