How to get conferance video on both o/p HDMI ports simultaneously in sx20 telepresence codec ?

I had try to get video output in both HDMI out port in SX20 codec , but when i get on one device the other display is off  , so my question is that , can i get output on both monitors at same time ? if yes , than how ?

Hello,

First of all you need to verify that the "Videos > Monitors : Role" is set to Dual and then you can configure the HDMI output mode to Primary, Secondary or Presentation only.

This can be done via the WEB GUI or via the CLI over SSH
