How to pin video of a specific participant in Cisco Room Kit?

Does any one face the same issue? Not able to pin a specific video of a participant? The Cisco Room Kit does not actually pin the video after I clicked the lock button in the video.

How is the call being made? If paired using Webex, you should PIN from within the Webex Meetings app.

@Mike_Brezicky - Is there a way to PIN the presenter's video on the Room Kit when you've joined the meeting by entering the meeting info via a Touch 10 controller?

We are having this issue as well.  I have a TAC case open to see if there is a solution.
